Anything else not want to work today?

Ever since I updated QuickTime this morning, nothing on my computer seems to want to work correctly. Not only did QuickTime break my appearance preferences, it broke every other god damn one I have stored on my Mac. And no, I am not bullshitting that. I’ve been working the whole day to try and fix the damage. Everything but my theme is back to normal. I just don’t get how updating QT could break my theme program, Shapeshifter from Unsanity. I’ve had no problems with it until 7:10 this morning, after my computer rebooted from installing the QT update. Now finder and a bunch of other random apps are no longer themed. My other programs are showing up as they should so why the hell isn’t Finder and iTunes and iCal (just to name a few)? I’ve tried reapplying the theme and rebooting multiple times and even that won’t seem to fix it. I’ve checked to see if it’s the theme and it’s not. I’ve rebuilt all my chase files – not that either. Startup items, nope. Now I’m stuck seeing the butt ass ugly Aqua 10.4.11 theme randomly on applications. And incase you couldn’t tell, I’m pretty damn pissed off.

If anyone has any troubleshooting ideas, please, please, comment. I almost threw the keyboard at the monitor an hour ago.

Update: Finally got the son of a bitch working again. Now time to sleep.

Aurora Fient, An App Store Must-Have

Aurora Fient from Apple’s App Store is easily a must have for any iPod Touch or iPhone owner. The game boasts amazing graphics, music, gameplay, and takes full advantage of the features on both devices. Can’t move? Try turning your iPod to the left. No? Maybe the right? Still nothing? How about upside-down? Multitouch is used of course as well. Now that an update has gone out, it finally has specials working, mass bug patches and more content.

Oh, and it’s free too.

EDIT: Be warned it crashes a lot. I can’t even boot it up anymore Hope a patch goes out soon.

Update: The game has gotten multiple patches since I first wrote this that have fixed a ton of bugs. If the bugs where keeping you from getting it, it’s safe to download now and has even more beautiful graphics. It is now a work of art.

The end of Spring Break…

Darn. Why must the ends of breaks from school come so quickly? Well I had a pretty good break at least. Break for me started Friday the 21st. Didn’t do anything then really. Just did some stuff online. 22nd I was supposed to officiate a Brawl Tournament over WiFi but it got postponed because only 3 people entered 23rd was Easter; my dad left to visit his dad in California and mom, my brother and I had a typical Easter – have the egg hunt in which he takes forever to find the eggs and I have to record it… 24th I hung out with a friend in the afternoon. 25th I can’t remember doing anything exciting.
